LJA Surveying Expands into Fort Worth

LJA Surveying (LJAS) has expanded our services and North Texas presence into LJA’s office Fort Worth. This location is in addition to three other LJA offices in the region – Dallas, McKinney, and Arlington – and boasts a total regional team of 135 seasoned professionals including engineers, planners, landscape architects, designers, and surveyors.

Aaron Brown, RPLS, PLS is the main contact for surveying services in the Fort Worth office and says, “We are excited to expand our surveying presence to the Fort Worth office! LJA Surveying is a multi-discipline, surveying and SUE firm, serving both public and private sectors throughout Texas from Beaumont to Midland. The staff of LJA Surveying includes experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyors, a Licensed State Land Surveyor, GIS Specialists, Certified Survey Technicians, multiple CAD support staff, and multiple field crews.

With a 40-year history of providing professional Surveying and 20-year history of providing S.U.E. services, LJAS continues its focus and dedication to provide high quality design services for its clients. Current assignments include some of Texas’ largest master-planned communities, regional and local flood control projects, urban and rural highway, bridge and roadway projects, coastal engineering and environmental projects, major water and wastewater facility design as well as numerous land planning, landscape architecture, construction management and surveying projects.

Our core services range from performing traditional surveying services (boundary, topographic, and construction surveys) utilizing advanced technologies such as robotic total stations and Global Positioning Systems (GPS), to comprehensive data collection and inspections utilizing remote sensing technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (UAS/drone), hydrographic acoustic imaging, and high definition laser scanning (HDLS or LiDAR).
