His experience includes team management, business development, and project management of residential and commercial land development, public works, energy, and construction projects. Derek has spent his career implementing an efficient and cost-effective approach to projects while maintaining a high level of quality. Derek is currently the Vice President of the Central Colorado Professional Surveyors and is active in the survey community.

He has over 30 years of experience managing projects and surveying operations. His experience includes survey group personnel management, business development, project resource planning, scheduling, cost estimating for a multitude of clients including TXDOT, public works departments, school districts, residential and commercial land development providing, ALTA/ACSM Title, project control, topographic design surveys and mapping and quality control and assurance for all final product deliveries. Gordon provides exceptional client support to both external clients as well as internal business groups and cultivates top performing, efficient teams through leadership, management, training, and development initiatives.

Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in the surveying field focusing on civil, structural, industrial engineering, and midstream oil and gas projects. He has performed and supervised a multitude of projects from initial planning stages to final deliverables. His chief responsibilities include monitoring overall financial performance of the company, managing offices and staff in multiple locations, finalizing budgets, and developing and maintaining both employee and client relations. Jeremy is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (TSPS) and is a past President of Chapter 6 – Deep East Texas.

Micahel has been a Registered Professional Land Survey for 32 years with extensive experience in land surveying and mapping, including 11 years with the Jacobs Dallas office. His experience includes management of survey department personnel, organization and planning, cost estimating and budgeting of surveying services for residential and commercial land development, TXDOT and Public Works projects, including ALTA/ACSM Title Surveys, GPS control networks, GPS RTK and VRS network surveys, topographic design surveys, aerial mapping support, scheduling of office and field work, training of office team members and field staff, supervision of production, interface with engineers and clients, quality control and assurance. He is also adept at planning, scheduling, and inspection of construction staking services, and development and instruction of “best practices” guidelines and standards for both field and office personnel.

Albert is a registered professional land surveyor and registered professional engineer in Texas. As an Engineer, Albert has over 40 years of experience and expertise performing bridge inspections across the nation. He has performed bridge inspections and evaluations on approximately 800 bridges in the Texas area. Mr. Franco has served as the project manager for the U.S. Navy-Southwest Division bridge inspection program through 3 five-year contracts that has taken him from coast to coast. Albert has over 40 years of surveying experience in various boundary and topographic surveys. He has developed innovative methods for successful hydrographic surveying for cost effective depth of cover projects. He has performed surveys for municipalities, private land development clients, state and federal agencies, and many oil and gas pipeline companies. Albert has over 10 years of SUE experience in the location and routing of various utilities on along street right of ways and in the surrounding Bays. Albert coordinates the One Call for marking utilities, acquires the needed Street ROW permits for traffic control, location of utilities by probing or hydro excavation, and measures the size of the utilities including determining depths for utilities found.

Dustin has provided surveying services for the design, Right of Way Acquisition for large capital projects within the Energy sector. Dustin has performed and supervised numerous right-of-way surveys from the initial planning to the final deliverables, including research, setting up and establishing project control, collecting field topographic and boundary data, calculating alignments, preparing right-of-way and parcel maps, and preparing legal descriptions.
