Heather Sides, RPLS, PLS, CFedS Promoted to Vice President

LJA Surveying, Inc. (LJAS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Sides, RPLS, PLS, CFedS to Vice President. Since joining LJAS in 2014 as the West Houston Survey Manager, she has excelled in the office, in the field, and in the industry.

Heather’s expertise spans both the private and public sectors and includes survey operations, construction staking, and boundary surveys. She has also worked with FEMA flood zone requirements and has extensive understanding of the oil and gas industry, including pipeline, well plats, and mineral units. In addition to publishing several articles are year about surveying, Heather is a dedicated committee member on the Texas Society of Professional Surveyor’s Standards Committee.

Heather received her Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in 1996 and became a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 2007. Heather was certified as a Federal Surveyor by the US Department of the Interior in 2012.
